Upcoming Changes to Medicaid

Starting January 1, 2027, you might have to complete new federal work requirements and renew your Medicaid more often.

Most adults will be exempt, but check in with us to find out if you’ll be affected!

These new federal requirements may not apply to you if you:

  • Are in school, job training, or a work program
  • Are pregnant or a parent or caregiver of young children
  • Have a disability or are a caregiver for someone with a disability
  • Have a long-term health condition
